Some years ago, Neha realised that too many trials are lost because of missing insights. She saw sales reps stumpling around in a black box not knowing their next move, RevOps searching their poor CRM data desperately for usable insights and marketing teams struggling to get their potentials ready-to-buy. So she committed on diving deeper and connected with Dennis on the way who at this point had just exited his former company successfully.
Dennis knew the use case very well: He had built a lead scoring model himself, to improve conversions by 2-3% and so he could get an accurate forecast. Soon after, Nik joined as the CTO. As a team of three, they soon realised that they needed a Marketing expert from the beginning on that could convey their message in the market.
